Day 2 of my 8 week running challenge
OMG I can’t believe I did it!!
My whole body was so sore today that I could barely move my legs. I worked all day and decided I would give it a try on the treadmill, fully expecting to quit or at best, walk for a bit on there but nope! I actually made it through the full workout!!
Now I think my legs might fall off but hey…I am very proud of myself for not quitting!!

Ouch!
Last February, I joined a gym and on my very first day, my very first time on the ab machine I got this weird pain on the left front side of my abs. I had no idea what it was. I had been having some weird on and off pain there for about 8 years…nothing excruciating, more like annoying.

Well, I survived! It actually wasn’t too bad. My biggest problem about the treadmill is what to do with myself while i’m on it! I find reading a book too hard while running and the headphones just don’t work for me. About me & why I'm here
OK so this is it. In a little over a week I am going to be 39. The way I see it, it’s now or never to get this body in shape.
I am a single mom of a soon-to-be 4 year old, a full-time buyer for a global corporation and a fairly new resident to North Carolina. (Been here 2 years since I moved with my son from NY)
At work I thrive on a challenge so I’m thinking, why not take that...
